Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

lItems must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

lProducts must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

lYou must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

lCertain items (e.g. limited editions, custom orders) may be non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund (excluding shipping fees), based on the condition of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

lOpened or used card sets

lCustom or made-to-order items

lDigital products (e.g. downloadable instructions)

lClearance or “Final Sale” items (marked as non-refundable at checkout)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:

lContact us within 7 days of delivery

lProvide photos of the package and product

lWe will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping if the error was on our end

International Returns

International customers are welcome to request returns. Please note:

lYou are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

lRefunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item
